What is “The REP Method?”

The REP Method is our signature 1:1 coaching program offered in 12 week blocks.

This program will help you lose 10-20 pounds in 90 days with macro coaching and an emphasis on quality nutrition and strength training.

Each program is tailored to your body and goals but generally includes:

✔An individualized strength training program tailored to your current skill level. At least 2-3 kettlebells are recommended as a starting point.

✔Customized macro coaching with continued adjustments as needed.

✔Guidance to help you learn to incorporate the habits and skills you need to make lasting changes.

✔Accountability through weekly coaching check-ins, virtual open coaching hours, and in-app progress tracking.
